Shipping Insurance

I would like shipping insurance for both inbound and return shipping

Shipping insurance is not included by default. By selecting this option, you agree to be charged for the cost of insurance on both the inbound label (your knife to us) and the return label (back to you). The insurance cost will be added to your invoice at the end of the warranty service.

Warranty Terms

Approved warranty work includes shipping paid by Hawk.
Optional shipping insurance is available for customers who would like coverage during transit.
If a newly delivered knife arrives with a manufacturing defect requiring warranty service, Hawk will cover both shipping and insurance associated with the repair.
Insurance claims require proof of value. Insurance payouts are determined by the carrier or insurance provider and may require documentation of the purchase price.
