Shipping Insurance

I would like shipping insurance for return shipping

Shipping insurance is not included by default. For spa treatments, you are responsible for shipping your knife to us. By selecting this option, you agree to be charged for the cost of insurance on the return label (us back to you). The insurance cost will be added to your invoice at the end of the spa treatment service.

Warranty Terms

Approved warranty work includes shipping paid by Hawk.
Optional shipping insurance is available for customers who would like coverage during transit.
If a newly delivered knife arrives with a manufacturing defect requiring warranty service, Hawk will cover both shipping and insurance associated with the repair.
Insurance claims require proof of value. Insurance payouts are determined by the carrier or insurance provider and may require documentation of the purchase price.

I have read and agree to the warranty terms.
